Coworking Space Now Available
Starting in May, the Target Technology Center has opened one of its offices for Co-Work Space. The 300 sq. ft. office will include two designated desks and a table for laptop use.
Rather than the normal longer-term lease, a business or organization can become a Co-Work
Member of TTC. We have two levels of membership:
Dedicated Desk Member – 3-month commitment, automatically renewable for 3-month periods, $150/month, available at all hours. There are two dedicated desks in the space.
Drop-in Member – Available on a month-to- month basis, $75/month, available during normal working hours (8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday). The space can accommodate three drop-in members at a laptop table at a time, on a first come, first served basis.
All members also have access to the center’s common areas for extra work space – mail room,
kitchen, and lobby area.
All members receive as part of the membership fee:
Access to high speed Internet
Use of conference rooms on a scheduled basis
Use of TTC’s physical address
Parking
Use of kitchen
Chance to interact with incubating and growing companies in the center.
In addition, we can connect you with the University of Maine’s Innovation Program for business coaching.
Co-Work space can be useful to businesses and organizations of different kinds. For example:
A sole proprietor starting out
A business owner or employee who needs a satellite location
A nonprofit director who periodically needs a meeting space
And many other situations
The Target Technology Center has some of the most exciting companies in the region. Be in the mix of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region! For more information and a Membership Application, visit the Coworking page or contact Rodney McKay, TTC Manager, rodneygmckay@gmail.com.
